By accessing our website or applying to host a vending machine, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Tap To Pull TCG provides fully managed, automated Trading Card Game (TCG) vending machines to eligible host locations (e.g., barbershops, retail stores, gaming shops, gas stations).
Zero Upfront Cost: Machine delivery, installation, product inventory (Pokémon packs/cards), operations, and maintenance are handled 100% by Tap To Pull TCG at no charge to the location host.
Revenue Share: Host locations provide floor space and power in exchange for a agreed-upon monthly revenue share payout based on machine sales.
Qualification: Submitting an application on our website does not guarantee machine placement. Approvals are granted based on foot traffic, business type, location feasibility, and available inventory.
Service Area: We primarily service qualified retail businesses located within Georgia and the Southeast region of the United States. Applications outside of our active service territory may be held for future expansion.
Accuracy of Information: Applicants must provide truthful and accurate details regarding their business, floor space availability, and contact information.
If your location is approved and a machine is installed, the host business agrees to:
Space & Power: Provide approximately 3 square feet of clear, flat floor space and continuous access to a standard electrical outlet.
Basic Care: Keep the area surrounding the machine clean and safe for customers.
No Interference: Refrain from tampering with, moving, opening, or attempting to repair or alter the vending machine or its internal components.
Exclusivity: Not host competing trading card vending machines without prior written consent.
Ownership: All vending equipment, branding, hardware, and inventory contained within the machine remain the 100% exclusive property of Tap To Pull TCG.
Operations: We maintain sole responsibility for restocking inventory, adjusting pricing, managing customer support, and performing software or mechanical repairs.
Content: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, machine specifications, and software, is the property of Tap To Pull TCG and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any website content without explicit written permission from us.
Tap To Pull TCG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, form submission errors, or temporary machine service interruptions.
While we endeavor to keep machines running with 99% uptime, we are not responsible for power outages or network interruptions caused by the host facility.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective as soon as it is posted on this website with a revised “Effective Date.”
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
